I'm a personal trainer for dancers and dance science specialist based in London. I help dancers get stronger, move better, and avoid injuries so they can perform at their best without constantly feeling held back by pain or weakness.

As an ex-dancer myself, I know how frustrating it is when your body doesn’t keep up with what you want to do. That’s why I combine science-based training with real dance experience to give you practical tools that actually work.
