Every program is 100% tailored to you: your goals, current ability, schedule, and available equipment. Youβll receive a detailed training plan with exercise demos, progressions/regressions, and clear cues so you always know what to do and why.
4-Week Plan ($200): A focused short-term plan to kickstart your progress. Includes weekly email support for check-ins, feedback, and adjustments.
8-Week Plan ($375): A deeper progression phase with weekly email support to refine technique, build consistency, and see measurable results.
12-Week Plan ($550): A complete transformation package. Includes weekly email support plus a 30-minute video call every 4 weeks for personalized feedback, form review, and program updates.
These programs are designed for dancers who want to move, train, and perform at their best.

Youβll receive your personalized plan digitally (PDF), complete with detailed instructions and demo videos. All communication happens via email, and for 12-week clients, a 30-minute video call is scheduled on Google Meet every 4 weeks to review and refine your plan.
Absolutely! You can upgrade from a 4- or 8-week plan to a longer one or even to 1:1 coaching with virtual sessions anytime, and Iβll continue your progression from where you left off.
Once you submit your payment, youβll receive an email with a link to complete your intake form. After that, your fully personalized program will be delivered within 5β7 days.
