How we work
Fill out a short application where youβll share your goals, training background, and what youβre looking for in coaching. We only take on a small number of dancers at a time to keep support personal and effective, so this helps us see if weβre a good fit.
Once your application is accepted, weβll schedule a quick call to discuss your goals, current technical level, and any questions you might have. This ensures weβre aligned and that we fully understand where youβre at.
After our call, weβll create your personalized training plan tailored to your needs. Once you're set up, your plan will be delivered within 3β5 working days. Then, weβll get started on building strength, technique, and confidence with ongoing support throughout!
Your plan will include weekly sessions and regular check-ins to review your development, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure youβre following the plan effectively. Youβll also receive video feedback on your choreography or specific exercises, mentoring and guidance for auditions or performances, plus tailored in-between session exercises to keep you progressing and consistently building on your work.

This is more than a training plan,Β itβs a complete mentorship to elevate your dance career and unlock your full potential.
New clients are subject to a 3 month minimum committment. After this, your training committment will resume to one month at a time. Please note, you must provide 30 day written notice to cancel your subscription.
We enforce a 24 hours cancellation policy for virtual sessions. Any cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling that take place within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
For dancers aged 10 and up, coaching typically includes one 60-minute session per week, totalling 4 sessions over a 4-week period.For younger dancers aged 6 to 10, the format is usually two 30-minute sessions per week, totalling 8 sessions over a 4-week period. This helps maintain focus, engagement, and steady progress.However, anyone can choose the two 30-minute option if it better suits their goals or schedule.
Coaching is always structured over a 4-week cycle, not by the calendar month. If a month includes a fifth week, that extra week can be used as a buffer for rescheduling, illness, or breaks, ensuring you still receive 4 high-quality sessions with flexibility built in.
Yes! I offer standalone virtual coaching sessions for dancers who want focused support on a specific skill, flexibility goal, or technical challenge.
- 30-minute session: $75
- 60-minute session: $150
Each session is fully personalized to your needs and ideal for targeted corrections or one-time guidance.
Please note: one-off sessions do not include the ongoing support, feedback, or progress tracking provided in the full monthly coaching package.
If you're on the monthly coaching package and would like more than one live session per week, you can easily add extra virtual sessions at any time to support your training, focus on specific goals, or dive deeper into technique workΒ ($50 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes).
Yes! If you pay for 3 months of coaching upfront, youβll receive a 10% discount. For my $500/month 1:1 coaching, that brings the total to $1,350 instead of $1,500 ($150 savings).
No problem! If youβre not ready for 1:1 online coaching, you can start with a Custom Training Program instead. This is aΒ personalized plan built around your goals, schedule, and dance style - with no virtual sessions required.
Itβs a great option if youβre self-motivated but want expert guidance in your training, and also includes an end-of-month review to assess progress and adjust the plan to continued improvement.
