You'll need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a chair or box, a long resistance band, a loop band, a set of light weights (especially for the more advanced levels), and an unstable surface like a balance pad or cushion for specific balance and control drills. That’s it, everything can be done at home or in the gym, no fancy equipment required.
