Return and Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted to course content, templates, and materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and login credentials have been generated.

2. Instant Access and Consumption By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to our intellectual property. You further agree that accessing the learning platform, viewing course videos, or downloading materials constitutes full consumption of the product.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback abuse. If a customer places an order and subsequently disputes the charge with their bank while retaining access to the product (often referred to as "friendly fraud"), we reserve the right to:

• Submit all records of login activity, IP addresses, and course progress to the bank as evidence of authorized usage.

• Pursue legal action to recover lost funds and associated legal fees.
