Why this training program is DIFFERENT
Most strength programs aren’t built for dancers, they focus on generic fitness goals and miss what actually matters in elite-level performance.
The Elite Dancer is our most advanced 12-week program, expertly integrating the best elements from our 6-Week Pirouette Program, 6-Week Jumps Program, Ultimate Flexibility Bundle, and 6-Week Extensions Program. This program integrates all four training methods into one strategic progression, developing multiple skills in parallel the way elite dancers actually perform.
In The Elite Dancer Program, we train like artists and athletes. Here’s how:
We train for how dancers actually move
Every exercise has a purpose: to improve how you perform on stage, not just how you look in the mirror. You’ll train with intent, timing, and body awareness in mind.
We build strength that transfers to choreography
It’s not enough to be strong in the gym. This program targets dance-specific movement patterns so your power, stability, and control show up in every jump, turn, extension, and balance.
We don't ignore the details
You’ll train your deep stabilisers, pelvic alignment, turnout muscles, and landing mechanics. These are the things that separate an “okay” dancer from an elite one, and we train them with purpose.
About me...
Hi, I'm Monica - a former professional dancer turned dance-science and S&C specialist after a serious hip injury at 17 nearly ended my career. After my injury, I became obsessed with making sure other dancers never went through what I did. I realised the dance world was years (even decades) behind other sports in strength & conditioning. So I dedicated my career to changing that.
Since then, I’ve spent over 10 years helping thousands of dancers (from professionals to passionate amateurs) build strong, flexible, injury-resistant bodies through evidence-based strength training.
The Elite Dancer is my most complete program, combining everything I’ve learned across 20 years in the dance industry into one clear system. It brings together the essential qualities every dancer needs: strength, control, flexibility, stamina, and balance, so you can train like an athlete while moving like an artist.
This program is for dancers who are truly committed to their growth, those who want professional-level physicality, effortless movement, resilience against injury, and the ability to fulfill their full potential.

What our students are saying
You've got questions we've got answers (FAQ's)
This program is comprehensive and progressive, with modifications provided for every exercise and written cues to help you perform each movement safely and correctly. However, if you’re recovering from an injury, it’s always best to check with your physio or healthcare provider before starting. Many dancers use it to rebuild strength and control safely, but individual needs can vary.
It’s a one-time payment of $127 USD. You get lifetime access to the full training program, including all video demos, self-assessments, bonuses, and the downloadable PDF.
Absolutely! The program is designed to progress every 2 weeks, starting with more foundational work and gradually building in complexity. Every exercise comes with written regressions (to make it easier) and progressions (to make it more challenging), so you can adapt the training to your current level.
Everything is hosted on LearnWorlds, my online course platform. Once you purchase, you’ll get immediate access to the full program, including video demos, exercise cues, and downloadable resources.
Absolutely! Most sessions take 20–30 minutes, and the program includes 3 workouts per week, each one focused on a different skill. For example: Day 1 targets pirouettes, Day 2 focuses on jumps, and Day 3 is all about flexibility. You’ll also get clear guidance on how to integrate the training without overtraining in the"How to Use This Program" section.
Not much! You'll need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a long resistance band, a loop band, and a set of light weights (especially for the more advanced levels). A sturdy chair or box is also helpful, as well as an unstable surface like a balance pad or cushion if you have one. Everything can be done at home or in the gym.
Most people start noticing real changes in 3–4 weeks with consistent practice, things like improved flexibility, better balance, and greater overall strength. Long-term strength and control continue to build over time, but this program is designed to help you track that progress clearly, with structured sessions that build week by week.
Unlike random influencer workouts, this program is built for dancers and designed to improve every key skill. It's a structured, progressive training system that targets turnout, jumps, turns, balance, flexibility, and control. Each workout is intentionally programmed with detailed cues, strength-based movement, and skill-specific drills that transfer directly to your dancing. You're not just following a random routine, you're training like an athlete, building long-term strength, mobility, power, and performance from the ground up.
