Hi, I'm Monica - a former professional dancer turned dance-science and S&C specialist after a serious hip injury at 17 nearly ended my career. That moment changed everything. I became determined to make sure other dancers never had to face what I did, and saw how far behind the dance world was in strength & conditioning compared to other sports.
For over 10 years, I’ve helped thousands of dancers achieve elite-level flexibility, and supported thousands more everyday movers through my work as a lead stretchologist at Stretch Lab, London’s premier stretch clinic. I took everything I learned in my career and poured it into the Ultimate Flexibility Bundle designed to give you fast, reliable results in the least time possible.

Not much! A yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and long & loop resistance band, a foam roller or soft ball, and a set of light weights for more advanced levels. Everything can be done both at home or in the gym.
