Hi, I'm Monica - a former professional dancer turned dance-science and S&C specialist after a serious hip injury at 17 nearly ended my career. That moment changed everything. I became determined to understand why dancers get injured and how to stop it from happening in the first place.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with dancers of all levels, from pre-professional students to touring professionals, helping them build strong, powerful, and injury-resilient bodies.
What I discovered is that preventing injury and enhancing performance aren’t separate goals - they’re two sides of the same process. When dancers train smarter, their technique becomes more efficient, their confidence grows, and their artistry shines through.

Together, that’s over 24 weeks of progressive, science-based training designed to help you move more efficiently, with clear guidance and lifetime access to every plan. Each program includes two 30-minute sessions per week, so you can fit it easily around your dance schedule. You can also repeat or mix sessions depending on what your training looks like that week.
The bundle is suitable for beginner to advanced dancers, anyone who already dances regularly and wants to improve their technical control, strength, and artistry. Each exercise includes regressions and progressions so you can train at your own pace.
You’ll only need a few simple tools: a mat, resistance bands, yoga blocks, a chair or barre, an unstable surface, a pilates ball. Everything can be done at home or in a studio.
